Summary: A Long Way From Tupelo 2008-08-08
Comment: This guy is for real. His sound is unpretentious, gutsy and leaves me with the desire to only hear more...not too much...but enough to savor. Well worth the price of admission!

Summary: Paul Thorn 2008-07-24
Comment: Bluesy, gutsy, singable. I really like his voice and the stories in his songs. I had heard a couple of the songs on the local public radio station, and it is nice to hear those. But the other tracks are what make the disc. I especially like the lyric "Everybody kisses the right one goodbye". Spoke to me.

Summary: Nothing special 2008-06-30
Comment: This was my first and last Paul Thorn album for me. I had several friends speak highly of his music......guess this is not the album they have. Won't waste my time or money again on him.

Summary: Hot damn, I like this album a lot! 2008-04-29
Comment: I haven't found any new music in years to move me like Long Way From Tupelo has. Paul Thorn serves up a slice of life that is both lyrical and believeable. It's hard to label his rock, blues, gospel, delta style of music in words other than HOT DAMN! I gar-on-tee you'll like it too.
