Guy Penrod does an incredible job on his first solo CD. It goes back to his country roots but still maintains a strong message from his roots in gospel music. One song has a really good beat for line dancing and my favorite song is one about heaven. It's a great addition to my CD collection and one I have played often.

Guy Penrod is a phenomenal singer but I was a tad concerned that everything would be "recycled material" but it is not! I do not know when I have been more excited about a new CD. I feel like each song was written for me. Everyone can relate to these songs. It seems like he is singing from the bottom of his heart and each song is deeply personal!

If you liked him when he sang with the Gaither's, you will LOVE him solo!

HIGHLY recommend purchasing this CD! You will NOT be disappointed.

I was a little hesitant to buy this CD - not that I didn't believe Guy Penrod has talent but
I was afraid of it being rehashed Gaither material. But it was a joy to listen to from
the beginning to the end. These songs relate to every situations that Christians find themselves.

Guy Penrod finds his own voice outside of the Gaither Vocal Band.
All I can say is they are great songs with a great message sung by a great singer. Looking
for more in the future.
