Comment: Martina McBride Live in Concert is a cool and fun collection of hits performed live by this gifted singer. She can definitely sing! She hits notes I only dream I could, you can hear the power in her voice on songs like A Broken Wing, Independence Day, This One's For the Girls, Don't Stop Believin' (A Jorney's cover), and Somewhere Over the Rainbow. I am not a big fan of country but if you listen to Martina's songs, you will hear strong and empowering lyrics for women of all ages. Get this CD/DVD combo today!

Comment: Great, great music, and an absolutely fantastic performance. This performance shows why Martina McBride really is the Queen of Country and a star that three generations of fans can share.
Great set, but not enough. The CD is way too short. This would gave nee great as a 2 CD/DVD set with the whole concert (not just the PBS-aired part) video on DVD and sll songs on CD. I would have paid a lot more for that.

Comment: What a great package from one of Country music's greatest female stars.Superb sound and picture quality from her recent tour,the DVD is basically a full live show. What a pity that us fans in the UK will not get to see her live unless we make a trip to the US---now there's a thought!!Still,we will just have to make do with this superb DVD. One small gripe is that there are only 8 tracks on the live CD of presumably the same show.Surely it would have been better to have put as many tracks on the CD as would fit, or is that being greedy!! Martina's versions of Gretchen Peters- Independence day,Pat Benatar-Hit Me With Your Best Shot, and Journey- Don't Stop Believin' are superb and worth the the cost alone.Buy without hesitation!!!
