He's a little bit rock & roll AND a little bit country! Austin reprises his love of music with this CD. This is a beer drinkin', honky tonkin' soundtrack with the help of country legends David Allen Coe, Merle Haggard,Hank Williams Jr. & Willie Nelson. The unique thing about this product is the fact he doesn't just pick the tunes, he writes a little explanation why he chose the tune. For true fans, the disc also contains a limited-edition 9"X 14" poster and the cover is a "flicker", which changes SCSA's face into a rattlesnake & back. Well worth the cost!

This is an outstanding country music lovers CD with a great blend of hardcore tunes along with some sing-a-longs. You just can't go wrong. I've had this disc for many years now, and it continues to be a fave.

I really didn't know what to expect when I purchased this cd? But I was happy with the selection that Steve Austin picked for this album. I am not even a fan of country music. I would would think that fans of country would enjoy this cd as well as someone who doesn't listen to country regularly.
