This live at Billy Bob's CD is less polished but a lot more fun than his studio album. I have both and they both have their own appeal..The stuff at Billy Bob's (Texas R&B) is usually quite good, if not a bit overblown with "Rouse". If you like the country Texas beat, you'll love this cd.

It's a pretty good CD. The best song is the one I bought it for, Oklahoma Breakdown. I was hoping the others would be just as groovin. Oh well. OK Breakdown sounds a lot like Texas Country artist, Bobby Mac.... Who's been doing this genre of music forever! Never has been mainstream! This S.L. CD has great guitar. I love it! One way to describe it would be... sounds like Texas artist Eric Johnson in a hammock with a Dos Equis! Absolutely Fantastic! I like Stoney Larue and that red dirt music!
