Comprised of Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Roads, Jimi Westbrook and Phillip Sweet, Little Big Town's configuration of two men and two women is unique. Also unique is that there is no single lead vocalist all four take on lead vocal responsibilities. Little Big Town's voices blend so effortlessly one would think they'd been singing together since childhood. While that isn't quite true, their backgrounds are strikingly similar. All four band members began singing in church and with their families and Phillip even performed in a family band. Summary: more of a rocker than a country girl 2008-08-30
Comment: I've had CMT's Crossroads with Little Big Town and Lindsey Buckingham on my Tivo for over a year and I finally watched it today. I admit I watched it only for Buckingham. I think he is so completely under rated as a musician. Anyway, I loved their collaboration. The show gave me chills and made me an immediate fan of Little Big Town. So here I am, buying all of their MP3's that I can get a hand on. Good job Little Big Town, you converted me.

Summary: Great album! 2008-06-02
Comment: I recently started listening to Little Big Town and have thoroughly enjoyed this album! Most of the tracks are catchy and fun to sing along with, and the harmonies are totally tight. The members of LBT each take turns sharing the lead singer role, so there is a nice balance and variety to the tunes. I have listened to this CD over and over again and would recommend it to anyone who likes good harmonies and a more "traditional" country sound.
