Summary: What a voice! 2008-12-13
Comment: I bought this as a gift for a family member and as we listened to it together, I realized what a truly talented singer Vince is. I've always liked him but never really had the chance to just be still and listen to his voice. It's so smooth and unmistakable. Each song on this cd is a hit and really portrays how talented Vince is as he goes from the slow love ballads to the up tempo fun songs. It's a great cd.

Summary: Not the kind of Country I like 2007-05-13
Comment: I bought this CD for one song I heard and saw Vince Gill interprete
on the fantastic Grand Ole Opry at Carnegie Hall DVD. This bluesy song
called "If You Ever Have Forever In Mind" seemed the "utmost" to me
with a Ray Charles touch. For that reason I wanted a CD where this song
was on. However the rest of the songs are like most country songs since
the early 90's: it ain't country, it's POP except for another two fine
songs and that's the reason why I finally give it 3 stars.
