Summary: good effort from the cdb 2008-12-27
Comment: being a big fan of cdb, i thought i'd push this one a little.be it known that, yes, i do love a decade of hits. but i have been collecting the others as well and getting to know him better.
this cd is strong cd, favoring blues to the rock vein of music. very little fiddle, which was a bummer as it is a big draw for me with country music.
despite the minimal use of the traditional feel of a redneck hillbilly sound, this cd is a good country classic country rock feel. if you're looking for the more hillbilly feel, i would start with nightrider or saddeltramp.
